Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of the date an order was delivered. All return and exchange requests must be processed and approved using the link above. EXCHANGES AND/OR RETURNS ARE VOID IF NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF APPROVAL.

Return Conditions

Products must be in their original condition in original packaging, tags attached, unworn/unwashed, and your return or exchange must be accompanied by your original receipt and/or packing slip. We cannot honor returns for refund or exchange without their respective original receipt.

If a product is deemed unfit for return, Oyna team member will notify the customer via email that the return has been rejected.

All chapans are made in a single size:

  • Item length: 128 cm.
  • Sleeve length: 68 cm.
  • Sleeve width: 33 cm.
  • Chest circumference: 120 cm.
  • Hip circumference: 122 cm.

Chapans are as versatile as possible and only at first glance may seem difficult to style.

  • The 100% cotton models are textured and hold their shape. They can be worn as a top layer like trench coats, jackets, summer coats.
  • Chapans made of bamboo and silk are lighter and flowing. They can be worn as a first layer like a dress for holidays, events or dinners.

Chapans are ideal for travelling to deserts, mountains, islands and urban attractions. It is a very win-win option for sea journeys: it can be worn as a cape to the beach during the day and as a statement piece for dinners and parties in the evening. Any chapan can be added to casual looks with jeans and trainers, or even styled for more formal events and meetings.

The threads are hand-dyed using natural dyes, so it’s crucial to avoid contact with rain, seawater, perfumes, and other substances, as these may cause the dye to leave a mark.

Since the fabric is handcrafted, it may have some natural variations upon closer inspection, including:

  • Slight differences in color shades
  • Occasional compacted threads that may resemble hooks (as the artisans manually wrap each knot of thread)

The voluminous sleeves are an important element of our garments, making them look luxurious and have a distinctive “regal sweep”. You can wear them down or roll them up to reveal your wrists. Some customers, for convenience, secure the rolled-up sleeves with stitches; others wear them down. You will surely find a way that suits you best, or you can change it according to your mood.
